To ensure zero-defect shipment integrity, WideWay enforces a rigorous 7-stage quality control protocol across both our China and Bangladesh plants. Stage 1 begins before cutting with a Pre-Production Control Meeting where designers, cutting technicians, and line managers audit shrinkage allowances. Stage 2 subjects incoming fabric to 8 physical tests: color fastness to washing, Martindale dry/wet rubbing (Grade 4-5), sublimation stability, and seam bursting pressure.

Stage 3 verifies silicone heat transfers and high-stretch screen printing under 50-cycle elongation tests. Stage 4 requires master pattern approval of the initial bulk piece before mass cutting proceeds. During Stage 5, roving in-line QC auditors inspect sewing lines continuously, checking 4-needle 6-thread flatlock stitch density and thread tension. Stage 6 executes 100% finished product inspection, with QA supervisors performing random 20–30% secondary audits. Finally, Stage 7 passes all packed cartons through sensitive conveyor metal detectors (0.8mm ferrous detection) followed by independent AQL 1.5/2.5 pre-shipment inspections.
